European data protection law: The details you leave will be stored. They are needed for me to fulfill my part of our deal and for legal reasons. Also notes from training, journals, pictures, videos etc will be saved according to European data protection law. Your details will not be shared with pthers and you can at any tie ask them to be edited or deleted.
When you make an appointment I will confirm in writing. If you need to re-schedule you need to inform me as soon as possible, preferably by text, so we can make a new appointment without extra costs. If you don’t show up without prior cancelling you are liable to pay the full amount. I always confirm your cancellation – no confirmation means I haven’t received your message and you are liable to pay.
According to Swedish consumer law you have a 14 day right to cancel your booking no questions asked. You have to cancel in writing and if you have paid you need to inform of what account your manoy are to be returned. If you start the training you cannot cancel.
When your appointment is confirmed you will receive an inovice. The invoice is paid in advance through bankgiro bg 423-2039 or swish to 123 100 1858. Travels are invoiced after training.
When you book a package it is valid for 12 months from payment day.
